New feature: CloudAMQP event stream

Today we're happy to announce a new feature in CloudAMQP: the event stream

CloudAMQP is continuously improving. New features are added every week. Just recently we added automated cluster scaling so that you can dynamically resize your cluster while your servers are still running. Today we're unveiling the event stream. The event stream allows you to see the latest 1000 events from your RabbitMQ cluster. New events will be added to the collection in real time. You will, among other things, see when a queue is created/deleted. You will see connection attempts, both successful and failed attempts. This is what it can look like:

The event stream can be useful to gain insight into what is happening in your cluster. It is particularly good to debug if you are running into high CPU-usage, for instance if you have rapid opening or closing of connections or channels or a setup for shovel that is not working, etcetera.

This is a new feature still in active development and we welcome feedback on how to improve the experience.

Please email us at if you have any suggestions, questions or feedback.
