We're making a small but important change to our billing process. Starting this September, we will be shifting our monthly invoice date from the
1st to the 5th of the month. We'll walk through what this change will look like on your end.
What this means for you
- Your next invoice: The invoice for your August usage will be sent out on September 5th, 2025.
- Billing period: This change only affects the date we send your invoice. The billing period remains the same, and your invoice will still cover your usage from the previous calendar month.
- Payment due date: will be adjusted to align with the new invoicing schedule. Please refer to your invoice for the specific due date.
- Invoice appearance The invoice you receive will look exactly the same as always, with the only change being the date it is issued.
- No action required: This change will happen automatically. There is nothing you need to do on your end.
